国内外城市中心区立体步行交通系统建设研究

摘    要:国内外许多城市的实践经验表明,在城市中心区建设由空中连廊、地下通道、地面街道以及室内公共通道连接而成的立体步行交通系统,有利于缓解城市中心区普遍存在的交通拥堵、空气质量不佳、步行环境差等问题,能够营造人性化的、适宜人居的城市空间,促进城市低碳发展,对于活化城市中心区,提高城市中心区的吸引力和集聚能力,增强城市对于高端人群的承载能力等方面具有重要作用。在我国,在东南沿海地区特别是广东等地区的经济发达城市,已经具备一定建设城市立体步行系统的条件,未来可以通过在城市中心区建设步行系统的方式逐步改善城市中心区发展面貌和发展质量,从而提升整体的城市建设水平。

Abstract:Many international cities' experience show that, the stereoscopic pedestrian system in the city center district construction by skyway, underground passage, street and indoor public channel connected to the city center area, help to alleviate traffic congestion, air quality, walking environment, and can create a suitable habitat of the city space, promote the city, encourage low carbon development, improve attraction, agglomeration and carrying capacity ability of the city center area and the high-end crowd, etc. In our country, in the southeast coastal area especially in Guangdong province, it has a certain conditions to construct city pedestrian system, in the future can gradually improve the development appearance of city center area and the development of quality in the construction of city pedestrian system, so as to enhance the overall level of city construction.
