襄阳市居民冬季早餐饮食习惯调查分析

襄阳市位于鄂西北,冬季湿寒,早餐膳食是否合理,对一天的工作生活影响重大。通过对襄阳市居民冬季早餐饮食习惯的现状进行调查,分析早餐营养构成,可引导人们形成该地区科学合理的早餐习惯。

Survey of the Breakfast of Xiangyang Residents in Winter

Situated in the northwest of Hubei, Xiangyang is humid and cold in winter. A rational breakfast will boost a whole day＇s work. This paper conducts a survey of the breakfast of Xiangyang residents and analyzes its components so as to provide reference for suggestions to improve their diets in the morning. During the National Day holiday, the writer took the diners at five most popular dining spots as his subjects and used questionnaires to collect data on 1,372 people above the age of 18. The research shows that 75.6% have as their breakfast butter noodles and rice wine ,23.4% have baozi, youtiao, bread and wonton and 0.98 have different choices. The conclusion is that the breakfast of 87% of the investigated population is not health and needs improve- ment.
