摘    要:药食两用物品作为药膳的重要组成成分,目前已得到深刻认识和广泛使用。文章从卫生部公布的《既是食品又是药品的物品名单》中87种药食两用物品出发,对其名称做出了科学定义,总结了药食两用物品的特点、存在的不足,并提出相应对策。

Abstract:Food with medical benefits have been widely recognized and used in medical diet. This paper analy- zes the list of 87 medical foods issued by the Ministry of Health, giving them scientific definition, summarizing their benefits, suggesting their potential damages and corresponding countermeasures.
