成人学习理论视阈下的高校旅游教师专业发展

摘    要:高校旅游师资的专业发展有利于旅游教育质量的提升。传统的高校旅游教师专业发展主要是由外部系统主导,即由行业需要和上级部分决定了教师专业发展的走向。而现代的旅游教师发展则是由高校旅游教师的内部系统主导,也就是教师专业发展应顺应教师的身心发展规律以及学习特点。这个内部系统即教师本人作为一名成人,具有成人学习的特殊规律,文章通过揭示其规律提出了针对性的发展建议。

Professional Development of Teachers of Tourism in Colleges from the Perspective of Adult Learning Theory

Abstract:Professional development of tourism teachers in colleges exerts a great influence on the promotion of tourism teaching. Traditionally teachers develop their professional knowledge under exterior pressure, namely demand of the industry and the guidance from their superiors. Current professional development should be accomplished according to interior factors, that is, teachers' physical and mental status and their learning characteristics, The learning of teachers exhibit features of adult learners. This paper reveals their learning features and suggests correspondent measures for their further professional development.
