基于双因素理论的民办高职酒店专业学生实习满意度研究

摘    要:高职酒店管理专业学生顶岗实习是高职院校培养高技能人才的必要课程,然而学生实习满意度较低已成为学校与酒店目标实现的障碍。文章以双因素理论为基础,以南京三所民办高校酒店管理专业学生为研究实例,运用模糊综合评价方法分析民办高职院校学生实习的满意度,探讨酒店在运用实习生方面的改进策略。

Abstract:Internship of hotel management students in higher vocational schools is a crucial part of their curriculum, but the students' dissatisfaction with their internship has become a major obstacle for its further development. This paper takes three private colleges as an example and analyzes their students' satisfaction with internship employing double factor theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation before suggesting measures for the improvement of their internship in hotels.
