刍议文化旅游中的政府主导型发展战略

文化旅游作为现代社会一种旅游形式，能够拓宽人们视野、丰富人们的知识、增进人与人的交流、推进和谐社会的建设，但目前在文化旅游开展的过程中也出现了一些不和谐的因素，不利于文化旅游的可持续进行。鉴于此，文章从文化旅游与政府行为关系出发，分析在文化旅游发展中实施政府主导型旅游发展战略的必要性以及政府主导型发展战略在文化旅游中的应用层面，以此推进文化旅游的全面、协调、可持续发展。

Government-led Development Strategy of Cultural Tourism

As a form of tourism in modern society, cultural tourism activities can widen vision, rich people＇s knowledge,improve the interpersonal communication and promote the construction of a harmonious society. But in the process of cultural tourism, there are also a few non-harmonious factors that go against the sustainable development of cultural tourism. In view of this, the paper starts from the relationship between cultural tourism and the government behavior, analyzes the necessity and practice of developing government-led tourism devel- opment to advance the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of cultural tourism.
