摘    要:本文系统地研究了纳米Si_3N_4-SiC复相陶瓷显微结构,观测了纳米Si_3N_4-SiC复相陶瓷中Si_3N_4、SiC粒子晶粒尺寸,研究了复合在Si_3N_4晶粒内和晶界上的SiC粒子分布情况及Si_3N_4与SiC、Si_3N_4间的相界面。

Abstract:The microstructure of nano Si3N4-SiC multiphase ceramics was studied systematically. The grain size of Si3N4 and SiC in nano Si3N4-SiC multiphase ceramics was observed. The grain distribution of SiC and the phase boundary between SiC and Si3N4 compounded in Si3N4 grains and grain boundary were also discussed.
