| 摘 要： | 在国际工程市场上，越来越多的承包商以联营体形式承包工程，联营体协议作为协调联营体内部关系的重要依据，在联营体风险管理中有着举足轻重的作用。文章分析了联营体协议存在的各种潜在风险，并对如何在联营体协议中有效预防、分析和处置风险提出相应了的策略。
