| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱法,氢火焰离子化检测器,HP-5毛细管柱,内标物为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,用内标法对1.8%辛菌胺醋酸盐水剂中的有效成分辛菌胺醋酸盐进行分离和检验,其标准偏差为0.009 4,变异系数为0.484%,回收率为99.56%

| Abstract: | 1.8% Xinjunan acetate aqueous solutions were separated and tested using internal standard method by GC with HP-5 capillary column,dioctyl phthalate as internal standard,using FID.The standard deviation was 0.009 4,coefficient of differentiation was 0.484%,average recovery was 99.56%. |
