上下部烟叶综合应用的研究初探

为提高上下部烟叶的使用价值,根据上下部烟叶特点,采用食用酒精浸提上部烟叶制得浸膏,一种途径是将其加入到下部烟叶中。另一种途径是调整叶组配方结构,把加了上部烟叶浸膏的下部烟叶按一定比例与叶组配方混合进行烟气分析,由卷烟感官评吸和烟气分析结果,表明这两种途径不仅能保证卷烟的使用价值,改善其香气和劲头,而且同时能起到降焦减害的目的,达到了综合利用上下部烟叶的效果,并且使得调整叶组配方结构成为可能。

Preliminary Study on the Comprehensive Utilization of Upper and Lower Tobacco Leaves

In order to improve the use value of upper and lower tobacco leaves,extract was prepared from upper tobacco leaf by extraction with ethanol,and then the extract was added to the lower tobacco leaves,which was mixed with leaves group to a scale to adjust leaves group blending structure.Smoking taste result showed that the use value of cigarette was ensured,sensory quality improved,tar reduced and harm relieved.
