济钢喷煤技术进步

摘    要:改善炉内透气性、保证高炉良好的热状态是提高喷煤量的关键,济钢350m^3高炉通过采取设备改造,优选喷吹用煤,改善炉渣性能,调整操作参数,提高风温及富氧率等措施,煤比大幅度提高。2003年6月350m^3高炉平均煤比153kg/t,4%#高炉煤比达到181kg/t,入炉焦比降低到330kg/t。

Abstract:The key to increase the PCI rate is to improve the permeability and keep good heat condition. The PCI rate of 350m3 BF in Jinan Iron and Steel Corporation has made great progress by taking such measures as reconstructing equipment, optimizing selection of injection coals, improving BF slag characteristics, adjusting operational parameters, the increasing oxygen content and blast temperature. In June 2003, the average PCI rate for 350m3 BF reached 153kg/t while the pulverized coal rate for No.4 BF reached 181kg/t and the coke ratio reduced to 330kg/t.
