摘    要:利用化学分析和X射线能量色散谱等方法,对换热器盘管孔蚀的原因进行了分析.结果表明晶间腐蚀、氯离子腐蚀以及温差腐蚀是盘管穿孔的主要因素,并提出了一些改进措施.

Abstract:An analysis of the cause of pitting corrosion failure of heat exchange coil is made by means of X-ray energy spectrometer in this paper.The result shows that intergrainular corrosion,chlorine induced corrosion and temperature differential corrosion are the main causes of heat exchanger.Besides,some measures for corrosion prevention are postulated.
