基于PID控制的照度自动控制系统

摘    要:设计了一种照度自动控制系统,能够实时调整补充光照,使目标区光照强度稳定在设定值。以msp430单片机为控制器,使用TSL2561传感器芯片采集照度信息;通过PWM控制输出电压的有效值,经过执行模块驱动LED光源,实现了数字PID控制对照度的调节。在系统测试中,目标区照度能被快速准确地稳定在设定值,误差小于1%,调整时间不到0.1s。

Abstract:An auto control system is designed to maintain the illumination intensity of object region.Msp430 microcontroller is used as process and control center and TSL2561 is to sample illumination.Use PWM to control voltage's rms value and then drive LED light.In this way,implement numeral PID in control of illumination.The experiment shows that illumination of object region can be locked to the reference fast and stable,and error is below 1% and adjustment time is less than 0.1s.
