基于响应面法的液压机机架可靠性设计

摘    要:针对几何参数、载荷参数和材料参数等不确定性对大型液压机机架强度可靠性的影响,用APDL对大型液压机机架进行参数化建模;结合Monte-Calo法和响应面法,经过有限次的仿真循环获得拟合响应面的样本;对样本进行回归分析,得到响应变量和基本变量间的函数关系式;实现对液压机机架的概率强度设计和灵敏度分析.

Abstract:The strength reliability of hydraulic machine rack is affected by the uncertainty of geometric parameters, load parameters, material parameters and so on. Parametric modeling of large hydraulic machine rack is made based on the effect using APDL language. Monte-Carlo method and response surface methodology method are used for fitting the samples of response surface by finite simulation cycles. The samples are regression analyzed, and the functional relationship of response variables and basic variables is obtained. As the result, probability strength design and sensitivity analysis of hydraulic press rack are achieved.
