金能公司所属煤矿为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,三层煤为突出煤层,同时为煤层群开采,具备开采保护层条件。分析了在保护层开采、石门揭煤、煤巷掘进工作面所采取的防突措施,界定了金能公司一号井三层煤在掘进、开采过程中的突出危险,便于采取相应措施和预防手段;对于无突出危险区域,可不采取防突措施,提高了采煤工作面的生产能力,确保了矿井的安全开采。
