组合式3D机织增强复合材料树脂渗透性

摘    要:通过对玻纤进行包缠设计并在普通二维织机上试制了组合式3D机织结构预制件,采用真空辅助成型工艺研制了复合材料。同时采用光学显微镜和SEM分别对织造中玻纤断裂情况和树脂在复合材料成型过程中的渗透性进行了研究。

Abstract:Combined 3D woven preforms for reinforced composite application were designed and manufactured on the reformed common 2D loom with wrapped glass fiber.And the compositie materials were fabricated by means of VARI(Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion) process.The optical microscope and SEM were employed to analyze the damage of glass fiber during weaving and resin permeability in the course of molding of composite materials.
