| 摘 要： | 介绍了美俄空间非合作目标监视体系的发展历程与现状,指出了空间非合作目标监视体系的发展方向,以及航天地面站在空间非合作目标监视中的作用及应用场景,最后提出了航天地面站融入空间非合作目标监视体系的建设构想、关键技术及发展路线.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the development history and current status of the American and Russian space non cooperative target surveillance system,points out the development direction of the space non cooperative target surveillance system,as well as the role and application scenarios of the space ground station in space non cooperative target surveillance.Finally,it presents the construction concept,key technology and development route of integrating the space ground station into the space non cooperative target monitoring system. |
