| 摘 要： | 剖析了执行力的基本内涵;分析了我国企业执行力不足的原因,并采用博弈论方法探讨了企业管理者与执行者在不同的企业文化背景以及经济利益的驱使下,所采取的Nash均衡策略组合,为构建企业执行力提供了有效的建议。

| Abstract: | The connotation of executer is presented.The reason of the lack of the enterprise's executer in our country is analyzed.Game theory is applied to Nash equilibrium combination taken by the managers and executors of an enterprise that are driven in the different environment of enterprise culture and economical benefit,which has offered effective propose for setting up executing ability. |
