| 摘 要： | 针对农药残毒检测仪研制了配套的专用试剂包,用于检测果蔬上面有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残毒。由于使用特殊处理技术,使酶试剂可以保存较长时间,操作方法简单快速,可实现现场快速检测,并可提高测定的准确度和精密度。试剂包及现场检测技术适合于各种实际应用场合,具有广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | A specific reagent wrap is developed for detecting and monitoring the residual organophosphate and carbanate insecticides on vegetables and fruits.With special treatment,the acetylcholinesterase can be kept for a long time and the method of operation is simple and fast.The accuracy is enhanced with this method and the rapid on-site determination is realized.The reagent wrap and this new method can be used in all kinds of fields and has broad application prospect. |
