摘    要:介绍了高海拔型550 kV SF6气体绝缘金属封闭式组合电器(GIS)套管的3 500 m高海拔绝缘修正系数的确定、套管内外电场分布以及机械结构设计。总结了国内外标准推荐的海拔修正方法,参考了相关研究成果;通过对套管建立电场优化设计平台,选择经电场优化的单屏蔽层,合理确定屏蔽层高度,使得套管电场合理分布;对机械部件进行有限元校核并选取较大安全系数;经型式试验验证,产品各项性能指标满足技术规范要求,满足高海拔地区使用要求。

Abstract:Insulation coefficient of 3500 m high altitude localities,inside and outside electric field distribution of bushing and mechanical structure for the high altitude 550 kV SF6 gas insulated switchgear(GIS) is introduced.Combined with the altitude correction method recommended by the domestic and foreign standards and reference to the relevant research results;Through establishing aelectric field optimum design platform for 550 kV SF6 GIS bushing,single shield structure and the reasonable determination of shielding layer height are selected,so the electric field distribution of bushing is reasonable;high assurance coefficient structure parts of bushing is checked by FEM method and higher safety factor is selected;Performance index of bushing are in concordance with the concerned standard through type test,thus the bushing can meet the requirements of high altitude.
