紧凑城市理论在南京城市总体规划修编中的运用

研究认为紧凑发展是当今国际较为流行的先进城市规划理念,也是人地矛盾较为尖锐的中国城市化的必然选择。紧凑城市理论的核心是节约集约用地,促进人口经济与环境协调发展,与我国倡导的科学发展观在本质上是一致的。新一轮南京城市总体规划修编工作,根据南京的自然条件特点探索应用紧凑城市理论,在宏观层面提出严格控制建设用地规模,在城镇建设用地形态上强调紧凑布局,在街区层面强调功能多样性,在用地策略上强调公共交通引导土地开发。最后,对我国如何有效学习借鉴紧凑城市理论提出了相关意见和建议。

APPLICATION OF COMPACT CITY THEORY IN NANJING MASTER PLAN REVISING

The compact city theory is a popular and advanced idea in today’s international urban planning, which is also an inevitable choice of China in its urbanization with many people but few land resources. The core of compact city theory is how to economically and intensively use land, which is favorable to promote the coordinated development of population and environment. The compact city theory is essentially consistent with the concept of scientific development advocated by China. According to the natural environment of Nanjing, the compact city theory has been applied in urban master plan revising. It puts forward the following views: strictly controlling the scale of development land, forming a compact urban layout, diversifying the function areas, transport orienting land development etc.. Finally, it puts forward relevant comments and suggestions on how China learn effectively from compact city theory.
