| Abstract: | To meet the demand of reform and development of operating higher learning Institution archives, we should maintain the regulatory principles to operate archives and should adjust and perfect the system of archives management. At the same time, we should also strengthen the following functions such as serving function, supervising function, instructing function, propagandizing function, training function and educating function. And we have to advance the quality of cadres of archives and reinforce the power of exploiting information resources. |
