空气源热泵制冷热回收机组的技术可行性

摘    要:通过对一台普通的空气源热泵进行热回收改造,利用回收的热量加热生活热水。改造后的机组在实验台上进行了全年运行工况测试,通过对机组改造前后运行工况的分析对比,提出了带热回收装置的热泵是一种节能的空调热水机组,并对机组在冬季的运行过程中可能出现的问题作了说明。

Abstract:A common air-source heat pump is reconstructed with a heat-recovery device installed into it to heat up living-water with the recovered heat. The performance of the reconstructed heat pump is examined, on a yearly basis, in the following experiments presented in this paper. This paper also presents the comparison of the performance of the heat pump before and after the reconstruction, comes to the conclusion that the heat pump, equipped with a heat recovery device, is an energy-saving unit capable of both air-conditioning and living-water heating, and gives an account of the performing problem that may occur in winter.
