振动测试技术在雷达故障检测中的应用

摘    要:某雷达在批生产调试过程中,有一部雷达出现了举升臂振动异常的故障,通过对故障雷达进行振动测试和分析,并与同批次中无故障雷达的振动测试数据进行对比分析,确定传动机构中齿轮啮合不稳定是引起举升臂振动异常故障的原因。调整齿轮啮合状态后,举升臂振动情况恢复正常,故障得以消除。

Abstract:During the test and adjustment of a group of radars,engineers found that the vibration of one of the radars lifting handlers was acting abnormally.By testing,analyzing and comparing the test data of the failed radar and no failure radar,test engineers confirmed that the abnormal mesh of gears was the cause of the lifting handlers fault.Finally,the fault was eliminated by resuming the normal mesh of gears.
