彭氏故国人居新城--徐州城市特色的保护与发展研究

从自然山水格局与历史文化古城两方面分析归纳了徐州的城市特色资源；通过考察上述资源的保存现状与所面临的危机，研究徐州城市特色的保护与发展战略，其中在历史风貌保护方面分别针对实存、虚存、地下潜存的历史资源制定了相应的保护原则；而在新区城市特色方面，则提出了构建“城市紧凑低缓—地景山水相连”的新山水城市模式。

The Preservation and Development Study of Xuzhou Urban Identity

The urban particular resources of Xuzhou are analyzed from the natural environment pattern andhistoric cultural city. On the basis of the analysis of the current preservation state and confronting crisis, thepreservation and development strategy is discussed. As far as the historic site preservation is concerned, differentprinciples are given to different historic resource, such as in real, virtual, and underground existence. As for the urbanidentity of the new center, the new urban model of compatible, low landscape with mountain and water is conceived.
