摘    要:再制造性是机械产品设计时必须考虑的重要问题.在产品设计初期其实体生命诞生之前就全面考虑产品在今后全生命周期内的绿色特性及零部件的重用性,并用反映环境友好性的绿色度及反映功能、重用性的模块度进行评价和检验,可同时满足机械产品的绿色性和再制造性.

Abstract:Remanufacturability is an important consideration in design of mechanical products. The green properties of products in the whole life cycle and the reemployability of parts and components have been taken into account comprehensively before the entity life of products comes into being in the initial stage of product design. Moreover, they are evaluated and examined with the help of the green degree for the environment friendliness and the modular degree for the functions and reemployability. Thus, the green properties and remanuafacturabihy of the mechanical products can be achieved simultaneously.
