基于神经网络技术的故障诊断专家系统及其应用

摘    要:针对基于符号专家系统的局限性提出了将神经网络技术引入故障诊断专家系统的思想,并对基于神经网络的专家系统的结构和工作原理进行介绍.最后,给出一个基于3层BP网的循环水泵故障诊断专家系统的实例,详细介绍其诊断过程,并对其进行仿真实验.仿真结果表明该系统的设计合理且可行.

Abstract:In the light of the limitation of symbolic processing based on the expert system,this paper puts forward the idea of introducing the technology of neural network into fault diagnosis expert system, and structure and theory of expert system based on the neural network are introduced. In the end,an example of Three-Layer BP Networks fault diagnosis expert system of water pump is given,and its diagnosis process is introduced in detail and simulated. The results of simulation show the design of the diagnosis system is reasonable and feasible.
