南水北调江都三站进水流道改造施工关键技术

摘    要:针对江都三站进水流道改造施工,研究C25粉煤灰自密实混凝土配合比设计、模板组合装配技术以及保证混凝土浇筑到位、防止产生裂缝、保证新老混凝土结合面黏结强度等技术措施,并将上述技术成果集成创新与组合,应用于江都三站进水流道改造。结果表明,混凝土强度、密实性、新老混凝土黏结以及流道混凝土表面平整度、流线等施工质量均满足要求,为类似工程改造施工提供有益的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:In order to guide the reconstruction of inlet conduits of Jiangdu No.3 Pumping Station,some technical measures were studied,including mix ratio of C25 self-compaction fly ash concrete,composite assembling of molding boards,exact placing of concrete for inlet conduits,crack resistance and enough bond strength on the interface between new and old concrete,etc.These techniques were innovated and combined and applied in the reconstruction of Jiangdu No.3 Pumping Station.The results show that the concrete strength,compactness,the bond strength between new and old concrete,the construction quality of the smoothness of concrete surface and the streamline of concrete all satisfy the requirements.It will provide beneficial reference for similar projects.
