摘    要:以湛江某25万m^3/d净水厂工程为例,介绍了消毒方案的选择分析及现场制备次氯酸钠系统设计,充分考虑运行管理的便捷性及节能要求,优化溶盐系统设计;因地制宜地选择成品次氯酸钠储池的形式,避免次氯酸钠分解速度过快;定期对电解槽进行清洗,保证产能。所设计的消毒系统具有占地面积小、消毒剂生产和投加安全等特点。

Abstract:Taking a water treatment plant in Zhanjiang as an example,the selection and analysis of disinfection scheme and the design of various systems for preparing sodium hypochlorite on site were introduced.The convenience of operation and management and energy saving requirements were fully considered,and the design of salt dissolving system was optimized.The form of finished sodium hypochlorite storage cell was selected according to local conditions to avoid too fast decomposition of sodium hypochlorite.The electrolytic cell was cleaned regularly to ensure production capacity.Its disinfection system has the characteristics of small area,safe transportation,production and dosage of disinfectants.
