| 摘 要： | 分析港珠澳大桥主体工程合同管理复杂性、开创性、不确定性、非均衡性等特点,构建基于目标引领、推行伙伴关系、求解资源约束、强调系统均衡的合同管理策略,并在项目管理实践中得到检验。实践结果验证了在超大型复杂工程中系统分析合同管理特点、科学构建合同管理策略的重要性。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the complexity,ground-breaking,uncertainty and non-equilibrium of contract management characeteristics of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge main-body engineering. Then,builds the contract management strategies,such as based on goal-leading,implementing partnerships,solving resource constraints,and emphasizing system equilibrium,which has been tested in project management practice. The results demonstrates the importance of systematic analysis of contract management characteristics and scientifically building contract management strategies in major complex projects. |
