摘    要:以大管径气提装置为研究对象,以常温清水为提升介质,测试了长度6m,内径95mm扬水管,在多种工况下的扬水性能。通过对试验结果的分析和处理,研究了大管径气提装置的主要流形特征,验证了Golan流形分界方程在大管径流形判断中的实用性。从气水两相流的角度,综合分析了大管径气提装置的气体当量速度、液体当量速度、滑移速度、淹没比及提升效率的相互关系,得出了大管径气提装置运行性能变化规律,提出了大管径气提装置的关键性能参数的合理取值。

Abstract:In this experiment,a large diameter pipe air-lift device was studied,and the clean water at room temperature was used as the fluid.The performance of the lift pipe with its internal diameter and length of 95 mm and 6 m was tested under various conditions.Through the analysis and process of the test data,the main flow pattern characteristics of the large diameter pipe lift device were studied and the feasibility of using the Golan flow boundary equation in the judgment of flow types in large pipes was verified.From the perspective of the gas water two-phase flow,the relationship among the gas equivalent velocity,the liquid equivalent velocity,the sliding velocity,the submerged ratio and the promote efficiency was comprehensively analyzed,And the variation pattern of the operating performance of the large diameter air-lift device was obtained.In the end,the reasonable value of the key performance parameters of the large pipe diameter air-lift device was proposed.
