摘    要:污水处理厂电费约占日常运行费的40%,近年来,许多地方大力推进城镇污水处理厂提标改造,进一步增加了电耗,提高日常运行费用。分析了近10年城镇污水处理厂的运行数据,基于产污系数法测算了城镇污水处理厂提标到地表水准Ⅳ类标准和改善污水收集管网两种情形下削减BOD及新增能耗。结果显示,若将全国城镇污水处理厂全部提标到准Ⅳ类,可新增BOD削减7.75万t/年,同时新增能耗202 100万kW·h/年;若将全国污水管网进行修复改善,可新增BOD削减量306万t/年,同时新增能耗245 170万kW·h/年,通过提高进水浓度新增的BOD削减量,其单位能耗仅为目前单位BOD消减所需能耗的约1/2,节能效果显著。

Abstract:Electricity cost about 40% of daily operatingexpenses of sewage Treatment Plant. In recent years, upgrading and reconstruction of urban wastewater treatment plantsare mentioned a lot, that further increases the power consumption. This paper analyzes the wastewater treatment plant performance data of the last 10 years, to compare the BOD degradation and power consumption under two operating mode, one is upgrading and reconstruction of urban wastewater treatment plants, another is improve sewerage network. The result shows that with the first method(similar to class Ⅳ standard)BOD degradation and power consumption will increase 77 500 kg/a, and 2.02 billion kW·h/a separately;With the second method BOD degradation and power consumption will increase 3.06 million kg/a and 2.45 billion kW·h/a separately, which is much more efficient. As a result, improving the sewerage network should be the first choice to control the water pollution by domestic sewage.
