大型机场建设项目工程质量评价体系研究——基于决策层总控管理视角

基于决策层总控管理视角,从工程实体和参建单位两方面,构建由参建单位质量行为和工程实体质量评价体系构成的大型机场建设项目工程质量评价体系,并就权重分配、判定标准、评价等级设定系统阐述评价方法。在上述基础上,通过某大型机场三期扩建项目案例,验证评价体系的合理性,为研究和探索大型机场建设项目工程质量总控提供思路。

Research on Engineering Quality Assessment System of Large Airport Construction Project:Based on the Perspective of Decision-making Controlling Management

Based on the decision-making controlling management perspective,from the two aspects of engineering entities and participating units,this paper constructs the engineering quality assessment system for large-scale airport construction projects consisting of the quality behavior of the participating units and the quality assessment system of the engineering entities,and systematically explaines the assessment method including the weight distribution,judgment criteria,the evaluation level.On the basis,through the case of a large-scale airport three-phase expansion project,verifies the rationality of the empirical assessment system,provides ideas for researching and exploring the engineering quality controlling of large-scale airport construction projects.
