| 摘 要： | 从投入和产出的角度分析装配式建筑发展效率的影响因素,采用DEA模型选取合适的投入产出指标对2011年到2016年装配式建筑生产效率进行测度,依据测度结果采用Tobit回归模型分析装配式建筑生产效率的影响因素,并在此基础上提出提高装配式建筑发展效率的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the factors influencing the development efficiency of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of input and output,uses DEA model to select appropriate input-output indexes to measure the production efficiency of prefabricated buildings from 2011 to 2016. Based on the measurement results,uses Tobit regression model to analyze the factors influencing the production efficiency of prefabricated buildings,puts forward some countermeasures to improve the development efficiency of prefabricated building. |
