膜复合工艺家用厨房净水器测试及实用性研究

摘    要:对市面销售的膜处理工艺为主的家用厨房净水器进行调研,选购了4款代表性的净水器展开如下研究:测试并比较了三、五、六级过滤反渗透工艺的产水率;测试并总结了无加压泵的反渗透工艺净水器在管道入口压力为0.15~0.4MPa的产水率变化规律;对比了相同工况时反渗透膜和超滤膜净水器出水水质。得出结论:家用厨房不应选用无增压泵的反渗透净水器,带增压泵的反渗透净水器产水率越高,耗电量越大;对于一般自来水水源或仅是悬浮物含量较高、腐殖酸等致色物质较高的水质宜选用超滤膜处理工艺净水器;对于原水水质含盐量、硬度超过水质标准限值或被有机物污染时,应选择反渗透膜为主要工艺的净水器。

Abstract:Research on the commercial water purifiers for household kitchen and four water purifiers were purchased for the following studies:Compared water production rate of the filter reverse osmosis process,summed up the change of water production rate with non-pressurized pump reverse osmosis water purifier pressure in the range of 0.15~0.4MPa.Compared water quality of the water purifiers between reverse osmosis membrane and ultrafiltration membrane in same conditions. Conclusion were following:Water purifiers without the pump reverse osmosis should not be selected,the higher the water production rate reverse osmosis water purifiers with pump,the greater power consumption.Ultrafiltration membrane on the original suspended solids,chromogenic substances have a better treatment effect and can retain the mineral elements,the general situation should choose ultrafiltration membrane water purifiers;When the original water hardness and salt content exceeds the limit or be contaminated by organic pollutants,water purifiers mainly dominated by reverse osmosis should be used.
