排海管涵截流改造在滨海城市黑臭水体整治中的应用

沿海地区作为改革开放的前沿阵地率先发展,其排水系统建设年代较早,老城区多采用雨污合流制。雨污水混流排海,是造成近海水体黑臭的主要原因之一。为有效控制近海水体黑臭,结合远期雨污分流,彻底解决污水入海问题,近期污水截流势在必行。以典型海滨城市厦门的某排海管涵截流提升改造工程为例,系统介绍排海管涵污水截流改造设计过程,主要围绕截流流量、泵站选址、截流泵站选型、一体化泵站工艺参数设计等问题,并分析了截流泵站出水排入现状污水压力管、现状检查井改造等关键节点设计,以期为滨海城市排海管涵截流改造工程提供参考。

Case study of the sewage interception technology in control the urban black and odorous waters in coastal cities

Coastal areas,as the forefront of Reform and Opening-up,take the lead in development.The construction of drainage system in coastal areas is relatively early,and the old urban areas mostly adopt the combined sewer system.Mixed drainage of rainwater and sewage is the main cause of black odor in coastal waters.In order to effectively control the urban black and odorous waters,sewage interception and the diversion of rain and sewage are necessary.Taking the reconstruction project of municipal sewer in Xiamen,a typical coastal city,as an example,we systematically introduce the design process of sewage interception renovation of drainage culvert,especially the closure flow,pumping station location,the optimal selection and key design parameters of the pumping station.We also analyze the design of key nodes,including the connection of the outlet pressure pipe of the integrated prefabricated pumping station with the sewage pressure pipe,and the renovation of the current inspection well.
