| 摘 要： | 为解决预制构件生产流程中存在的问题,分析VSM应用于流程优化中的优势,构建以拉动式生产为基础的预制构件生产流程优化框架;结合某预制构件厂的生产现状,采用VSM方法识别并分析装配式预制构件生产的问题,并提出改进和优化策略。结果表明,通过优化预制构件生产的生产线平衡率和增值比率得到提高,库存时间和人员数量减少,实现了生产现状的改善和流程优化的目的。

| Abstract: | To solve the problems in the production process of prefabricated components,this paper analyzes the advantages of VSM in process optimization,constructs the production process optimization framework of prefabricated components based on pull production. Then,identifies and analyzes the problems in fabricated prefabricated component production with the VSM method by combining the production status of certain prefabricated component factory,and proposes the improvement and optimization strategies. The results show that the production line balance rate and value-added ratio of the prefabricated component production are improved,the inventory time and workers are reduced,and the production status improvement and process optimization are achieved. |
