| 摘 要： | 采购企业对预制构件供应商准确合理的评价是装配式项目顺利运营的关键。从特有指标、传统指标、前瞻性指标三个角度建立初步的评价指标体系,通过专家访谈优化,提升指标的实用性和全面性,最终得到一套操作性和适应性强的预制构件供应商评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | The proper and reasonable evaluation of PC suppliers by purchasing enterprises is the key to the smooth operation of prefabricated building. This paper establishes a preliminary evaluation index system from three aspects of specific index,traditional index and prospective index,then optimizes the above preliminary evaluation index through expert interview to improve the practicability and comprehensive ness of the indexes,finally obtains a set of operational and adaptable prefabricated component supplier evaluation index system. |
