| 摘 要： | 污泥深度脱水是近几年发展起来的应急污泥处理工艺。在污泥永久处理处置工程建成前,仍将发挥一段时间的作用。分析了某污水处理厂深度脱水运行情况,重点开展了药剂替代试验,提出可用于生产的替代药剂组合,实现了降本增效的目标。

| Abstract: | Advanced dewatering was an emergency sludge treatment technology developed in recent years to control water content below 60%. It would still workbefore the construction of per- manentsludge treatment and disposal system, but the high dosage of inorganic chemicals has be come a major obstacle. Based on current stateanalysis of sludge advanced dewatering, a series of batch tests, pilot-scale and full-scale application were conducted to determine an alternative chemical formula, which effectively decreased treatment cost and enhanced dewatering efficiency. |
