| 摘 要： | 针对工程进度、成本动态控制中存在的问题,利用BIM技术与挣值分析法相结合,通过WBS工作任务分解,进行施工过程成本与时间的偏差分析,并经过方案比选优化偏差调整措施。工程实例表明,BIM-挣值法量化控制技术在项目成本-进度动态管理中具有较好的工程应用价值。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems in dynamic control of project progress and cost,this paper uses BIM technology and earned value analysis method to analyze the deviation of cost and time in the construction process through Work Breakdown Structure,and takes the optimized deviation adjustment measures through scheme comparison. The results of actual project applying BIM technology and earned value method show good application value in the dynamic management of project progress and cost. |
