装配式建筑质量链管理研究

从装配式建筑质量的形成特征入手,提出装配式建筑质量链的概念和结构,构建装配式建筑质量链管理模型,设计典型质量链管理流程,并讨论BIM在质量链管理中的应用问题,最后提出操作性建议。研究表明:装配式建筑质量链管理的核心在于过程控制与结果控制的融合、微观到宏观的逐步集成。从过程视角出发,重点在于质量形成过程中管理过程、作业过程和工艺过程的过程质量;从结果导向出发,则有必要在关键链节点引入阶段门技术,作为传统验收的补充。

Research on Quality Chain Management of Prefabricated Buildings

Begin with analysis of the forming characteristics of prefabricated buildings’quality,the paper puts forward the concept and the structure of quality,then builds quality chain management model of prefabricated buildings,designs typical quality chain management process,discusses the application of BIM in quality chain management,and finally proposes some operational recommendations.The research shows that the core of quality chain management is the integration of process control and result control,and the gradual integration from micro to macro.From the process perspective,the key is on the process quality of management process,operation process and molding process.And from the result-oriented view,it is necessary to introduce stage-gate technology in the key chain node as a supplement to traditional quality acceptance.
