VRLA电池化成的实践与探索

摘    要:对电池化成和槽化成利弊进行了比较,总结了成都华能厂电池化成的实践和效果,对电池化成的重要技术问题如电解液密度和电解液量作了公式化计算,对化成阶段电量作了探讨,以选择VRLA电池(阀控铅酸蓄电池,以下缩写为VRLAB)化成的最佳条件。

Abstract:A comparison was made between jar and tank formation, the jar formation practice and its effect have been presented in this paper. In order to select optimsl formaion conditions for VRLA batteries lots of experiments and calculations were made on the density and amount of electrolyte and the formation current val-ue as well.
