基于短信的统计系统研究

在分析短信统计具有及时性、突破时空限制、成本低、交互性强等特点的基础上，构建了短信统计系统的模型，说明了利用短信统计系统进行统计调查与信息发布的方式，提出短信在统计中应用时应注意安全性、信息传递方式、代码化与标准化、通信网络拥堵与信息丢失等问题，并给出了相应的解决办法。

Study on statistics system based on short message

After analyzing short message's character in statistical application,such as promptness,breaking restriction of time and space,low cost,interaction,this paper constructs a short message statistics system model,introduces methods of making statistical survey and distributing information with a short message statistics system,discusses some notable problems in short message statistics: security,methods of information transmission,information coding and standardization,block-up problem in communication network,loss of information and so on.It and tries to give some solutions to these problem.
