浅析藏区小城镇规划设计的关注点——基于西藏拉孜县总体规划实践

城市的风貌与形象,是城市物质文明和精神文明的重要体现。每个城市都应该根据自身所处的地域风貌、历史沿革以及民族文化等特点,塑造具有特色的城市形象。以西藏自治区拉孜县为例,从藏区所处特殊的地理环境、城镇空间形成肌理、藏民族建筑文化特点等,就西藏地区的城镇特色进行探析,提出在城镇总体规划中应关注的重点,从城市规划角度探讨城市形象的实现途径。

Key Issues of Tibetan Small Town Planning and Design A Case Study of Tibetan Lazi County Master Plan

We summarize the problems in protection of the historic and cultural conservation areas in Guangming Street in Bao town through the analysis of the historic and cultural characteristics of the buildings,roads,space as well as the intangible culture heritage.With the guideline to integrate with the regional development outlook and goals,we determine the functional orientation of this conservation areas,identify the objects of protection,and specify the planning and control requirement for the protected objects.The technical requirements for planning and management not only include the contents of the general control of detailed planning,but also highlight the protection requirements for the effective implementation of conservation planning and management.
