摘    要:分析了锅炉启动初期过热器的超温机理及影响因素,研究了不同启动方式对过热器壁温的影响,并通过启动试验研究了蒸汽加热启动方式下的过热器壁温状况,以提高机组的安全性.

Abstract:The mechanism and influence factors of superheater overheating at initial stage of boiler start-up are analyzed. The influence of different start-up mode on superheater tube temperature is researched, and how to improve the condition of the superheater tube temperature and improve the operation safety of the unit by adopting the steam heating start-up mode is analyzed in detail.
