摘    要:以某大运赛事游泳馆10~0.4 kV运行方式为例,针对自投自复、自投不自复等自动转换开关电器(ATSE)类型、带与不带不间断电源(UPS)的一级负荷,考虑10 kV进线失压的情况下,保证一级负荷供电的方案,指出0.4kV自动转换开关电器切换与10 kV备自投的配合引起的时间竞争问题,进行动作时序分析,提出应急措施,并在实际运行中取得良好的效果,保证供电.

Abstract:Illustrated by the case of 10kV~0.4kV operation mode for swimming pool of a Dayun events, it considers the load power supply guarantee scheme about 10kV voltage vanish for the stair charge according to Automatic Transfer Switching Equipment(ATSE) bype of automatic charge and recovery or not with or without Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS). It put forward the time competition issue caused of by cooperation between 0.4kV ATSE switch and 10kV spare power automatic switch. The action sequence is analysed. Emergency measure is put forward. Then Good results are achieved in actual operation and power supply is assured.
