摘    要:随着风电接入电网的规模不断增加,在某些时段风电给电网调峰带来负面影响,接纳的风电能力必须在电网调峰承受范围以内.结合风电场输出功率集群效应,通过对常规电源调峰能力分析并求取尖峰和低谷时刻网供电力,建立了以调峰能力为约束下低谷时刻风电接纳容量的计算方法.基于上述方法,参照阿勒泰地区电源规划,对2015年阿勒泰地区电网风电接纳容量进行计算,为阿勒泰地区风电接纳问题和输电规划奠定基础.

Abstract:With the increasing of the scale of wind power in grid , sometimes wind power affects negatively on peak shaving , which means that grid to accept wind power capacity must be within the tolerance range of the power peak-shaving capacity.Combined with the cluster effect of wind farm output power , apower supply capacity of peak and trough time has been striked through the analysis of temporary power peak-sharing ability.The calculation method refined with the peak shaving capacity is constructed.Based on the above method and referring to the Altai regional power planning , the accommodation capacity of the wind power by Altai region grid in 2015were calculated. Accommodation of wind farm in the Altai region and transmission planning has been laid a foundation.
