冷轧铝水基乳化液润滑研究现状及发展

摘    要:概述了水基乳化液发展的背景及冷轧铝水基乳化液润滑的特点。对国内外冷轧润滑的研究进行了阐述,如轧辊及冷轧铝板的表面粗糙度、水基乳化液粘度、轧制速度、浓度等因素对冷轧铝表面质量的影响。提出了冷轧铝水基润滑的缺点和有待深入研究的内容,如水对铝板表面的腐蚀机理、水基乳化液润滑模型的建立、金属塑性变形对润滑膜形成的影响等都是非常复杂的问题,还需要进一步的研究。

Abstract:An overview for the development background of the water-based emulsion in cold-rolled aluminum process is presented, and extensively studies on cold rolling lubrication at home and abroad, effects on the surface quality of cold rolled aluminum ,such as roller and the surface roughness of roller and cold-rolled aluminum sheet, viscosity of water-based emulsion, rolling speed, concentration and other factors are illustrated. Also, water-based lubrication shortcomings and areas for further study in aluminum cold-rolling process are proposed, such corrosion mechanism of the water on the aluminum surface, water-based emulsion lubricating model, effects of plastic deformation of metals.They are all very complex issue in lubricating research.
