基于FNN的感应电机伺服驱动适应控制研究

摘    要:为了提高感应电机伺服驱动系统控制性能,结合传统PID控制策略和模糊神经网络控制的优点,设计了一种在线自适应模糊神经网络控制的交流伺服系统,并且分析了该控制策略的可行性.通过仿真和具体实验分别验证了设计的合理性.结果表明:该控制方法不论对于调节还是设定值跟踪,均具有很好的控制效果,而且对感应电机伺服驱动系统有很好的抗干扰性能和较强的鲁棒性,使交流伺服系统具有较好的动态、静态性能,控制策略切实可行.

Abstract:Considering the requirement of higher accuracy and faster response of induction motor servo system, an induction motor servo drive combined with PID position control and fuzzy neural network control is proposed in this paper. The effectiveness of the system is analyzed. The method is verified by simulation and experimentation. The results of simulation and experimentation show that the method has a good control effect on both regulating and set-point following. For induction motor servo drive system in practice, it has a quite good disturbance resistance capability and strong robustness. Both dynamic and steady performance is improved evidently and the results are satisfactory.
