| 摘 要： | 根据氧化铝生产需要分析了管道结疤的物相组成，进行了低分子酸与管道结疤作用的条件试验．实验表明，低分子酸与管道结疤作用力强，在实验时间内，能使致密结疤试样完全破裂，符合清洗管道结疤要求，和硫酸相比，对管道腐蚀大大减少，清洗彻底。

| Abstract: | according to the analysis for the metallography of pipe scaling in the need of alumina production, the condition test for the reaction between low molecular acid and pipe scaling. The test shows that the reaction between low molecular acid and pipe scaling is effective and the compact scaling sample was totally broken during the test, this can meet the requirement of cleaning pipe scaling with apparent low corrosion in comparison with sulphur acide, and the cleaning is well quite well. |
